LEON

Leon is a small and ancient village, located at the Southern end of the Etang de Leon, one of the larger Landais lakes.
Leon has a lot to offer in the way of sports activities, tennis, mini golf, fishing, pedalos, wind surfing & sailing, with beaches at the lakes edge.
Boat excursions are available down the Courant d'Huchet (which is the river which connects the lake with the sea at Moliets), they arrange 2hrs, 3hrs or 4hrs (all the way to Moliets) trips, through the forests and the nature reserves, they supply the men to do the rowing (inexpensive).
